Shipping & Delivery: All orders that are in stock ship within 2 business days. Please refer to the "In Stock" / "Out of Stock" status next to the item. All out of stock items take 2-3 weeks to process. Jewelry may take up to 6 weeks to process. We make every effort to carry a sufficient inventory, however we offer may options with their products and as a result we are not always able to fill orders immediately. For exact ship dates please contact us directly. 800-401-6420 All orders are shipped FOB from our warehouse in Albuquerque, NM.

Privacy & Security:  At Modern Cowgirl, we understand your concerns about online security and privacy. We seek to ensure that your personal and payment information is secure and your privacy is respected. Returns & Replacements:  All returns must be pre-authorized within 15 days of product delivery. Any apparel that has been washed, or worn is non-returnable. All returned goods must be accompanied by a return authorization code. No returns shall be accepted after thirty days of receiving goods. Unauthorized returns or COD returns will be refused and retuned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:  Payment is due at the time of purchase. Modern Cowgirl does allow for Check or Money order. If you choose this option, your order will not be shipped until payment is received and has been verified. All pricing and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Viewing Orders:  Once you have placed an order with Modern Cowgirl, your "My Account" section will allow you to view your past orders, place reorders, check the status of orders, and manage your account information.

Updating Account Information:  You can update all account information in the "My Account" section of the website. At any time you can change your password, change your address, update your payment information, etc.
